I landed on Nov 10. No update in ecas yet regarding PR card.

I also had 7 weeks vacation this year and I didn't face any problem in Canada airport. They didn't even ask me my reason of visit or anything. I was on PGWP which supposed to expire within 5 months.

You can do flag polling which is nothing but completing your landing process without USA visa.US border officer will give you refusel letter and reroute you towards canada border. very simple process. You do not need to enter USA to do your landing.

once I had same problem to check my ecas. I called call center and the agent used my full name instead of last name and my UCI number. Try using your full name instead of last name with UCI number. Hopefully this will work for you. If not, call the call center. They can tell you what exactly is...
