I am facing this problem these days. I was forced to apply for new passport with my spouse's details to be added. I was not allowed to apply for PCC just because of this reason. I am surprised how you got PCC?

No. No one picking up the call from CIC. (1-888-242-2100) Same tape can be hear all the time that, "Your call can not be completed as dialled. Please check the number and dial again"... I am listening this tape for last 15 days now. :(
