If we issued your confirmation of permanent residence (CoPR) on or before March 18, 2020, you are exempt from the travel restrictions and can travel to Canada with your CoPR to settle and live in Canada as a permanent resident Can anybody tell me if this still applies?

Wow that sucks. Well not sure about the turnaround time for the passport, a few persons sent in theirs week before last and have not yet received it back. I think they are going to mail the COPR with the passport
