I second that... Just give them sometime to add it to your file and then e-mail them asking for acknowledgement of receipt

They are the same thing "CPCO-Cost-Recovery" in English is the same as "CTDO-Recouvrement-frais" in french... When you send the scanned copy of the receipt, you will get an automatic response in English followed by french translation. The english part of the email will quote...

Yes....My spouse did medical 14 months ago. I didn't email them but when they sent my spouses medical, they mentioned that they initially thought that no medical is needed. However, they finally decided that a MR should be requested

@ PP323 The same thing happened to me. They asked me for MR on May 7 ( and they didn't even ask for anything from my spouse side). Earlier this week, they sent me the medicals for my wife. You will get it soon.
