Ok, I will have a little comfort if a PER is provided. Another issue is that I did not add my spouse IELTS as self-estimated score on my application was 72. With all these things coming up, I am confused if another application will help.

Friends, I need a guidance here. I am living in New York and so have mentioned visa office in my application as New York. Now I realize it is a mistake and that it must be CPC-Ottawa. What do I do now? Is it better to send another application or wait and watch? Please advise.
