Yes...tats the only thing we can do at this point if time...

Nope...tats my worry...cos I saw many people say in forums that if we are requested for Adr we would definitely get nomination...for the past 3 months no update in my application ...I emailed them and got the usual reply that it's in process and that they are reviewing the application..

Mine is also 1212 and it's in process from th e end of february...25 weeks completed from the time I submitted (Nov 30th)

It means that within 30 days we need to submit request for secondary review. Previously it was 45 days ..but now its reduced by 15 days ...
