This doesn't appears to an AOR because it came from CIC and not your local VO, kindly share who is your VO

Dear canadafswp, You could have applied under NOC 1112 Financial and investment analysts but the CAP for the same has been reached a long time back but yes if you can get a Job Offer related to that NOC you can surely immigrate to CANADA. Hope this helps :)
