I can imagine your situation. Ask deferral and reapply visa. In my case deferral is not possible because of University's policy. I am only one from Tanzania I guess...

With offline, how did you get updates on progress? I am only given VFS tracking number and they haven't updated it since April for my case

where can we send case specific inquiry? I have been emailing VAC, regional immigration and also cpc-ctd-ottawa but no acknowledgement no responses. I applied on 18th April and Medical donr on 29th June

Very sorry to hear about your refusal. After how long did they refuse? When did you apply? Was it refused after being asked to do medicals?

Yes processing time is long gone. Email reminders are not even acknowledged by them. Have sent several to immigration office and VAC here in Tanzania. Its a tough situation.
