The pcc does indicate that person has lived at this address from certain date until the mentioned date. Check khi examples on Google

Alhamdulillah Rukhsati and valima are done. I was told by the lawyer to get the police verification certificate for my wife but he said no need for upfront medical. Is this correct that we don't need to do medical?
