Hello, Share ko lang yung sa hubby ko is like this, We received your application for permanent residence on August 24, 2011. We started processing your application on December 28, 2011. Medical results have been received.

We used this one and sent it via DHL (you/your wife will be the one calling the DHL and they will pick it up) Visa Section Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayala Avenue Makati City 1200 Philippines

yep yung applicant lang ang maglalagay ng passport # nya... and yes kung ano yung last name na nasa PP yun ang gagamitin nya, you're most welcome and good luck :)

Both! My husband is the applicant and he did put mine (sponsor) too... its just that on my passport section its blank. Applicant = My Wife Spouse/Common Law Partner = Me then the rest "not applicable"

Hello, Re: Appendix A Just fill up the applicant and the spouse/common law partner for the spouse area you can just leave the passport area blank. Also just send the documents that they're asking...

I did pay for $1040 before sending the applications. I think the letter will tell you where you should send your payments.

Hello this are the payments that you need to pay the 490 and 475 is for the person being sponsored and the 75 is for the sponsor. Everything should be $1,040

nung una application received lang yun sa amin tas last week naging "in process" application received started processing medical received kanina nga lang nag update yung pag balik ng address eh... keep on praying lang...
