indian citizen... studied uk since 2009 dec..... applied work permit in sep 2013 from uk and got refused on the basis of travel history, immigration status n family ties.... applied for student for sep 2014 under spp.... got refusal sayin I had refusal of wrk permit in 2013... thinkin to apply...

well... all the documents are authentic and complete... there is no gap nothing...travel history n immigration status is clean... paid full fee and GIC.... provided police certificate from uk as well.... so u think this tym I will gt visa? as I hv got a refusal earlier

yeh my frnd gave full info about his past refusal... he mentioned evrythng in sop the second tym... and gave convincing reasons to VO to approve his visa...

it was bout travel history n family ties n financial assets and he was a student from uk but applied frm india n he explained to vo about all the points about having strong family ties and how his travel history n immigration status is ok....now everyone has diff. story to explain n he explained...

omg lakesh... so u r pretty sure that ur visa is rejected?

it doesn't matter about the change in situation... as long as u can provide a valid clarification for ur refusal...just re apply.... my friend did same....his situation remained same but he just explained the reasons of his refusal n he got visa at second attempt...

well,,, same happened to me as well... but I got refusal cuz of some othr reasons... but em gunna try my luck again in general as we can apply in spp only once.... u can do d same....

Ye...they said i have family ties in canada... cz i hv my sis thr... But thts not a valid reason...so i am gunna re apply for student now explaining tht wrk prmit n student prmit r nt linked n i shuld b issued study prmit nw...

Got refusal in spp... Gunna apply again now... It will be general this tym as we can only apply once under spp... Just wnna know wot is d processing tym diff. Between bith ans if applying again makes any diff. To processing time? Thanks in advance
