I'm lost.... immigration answered me with the same update as before: still waiting for my RCMP checks... and its been over 120 days since we sent RCMP my fingerprints and still nothing and now they don't even answer mails! its killing me that this is the only reason I'm still "in process" now...

i know... thats why i am worried so much... but why should they refuse to let me enter if i have a wife there and im in the end of the processing

what can be difficult? i am from a visa exempt country i dont need a visa to visit canada.

good luck there.. im in process since dec 18 and still waiting.... i really starting to hate them.. i know its all RCMP fault though in my case but still its not fair its like they want to separate families not to bring them together! :(

you guys we all at the same boat.. im waiting for my RCMP checks which in my case i sent my fingerprints to my VO and they deal with the RCMP so they sent it to them i guess around december 20 2012 been waiting until now with nothing but stress.... was suppose to be with my wife already i hate...

thats my case also.. i got exclusion order and got my fingerprints when i got arrested in canada.. its been now over a year i can go back but im waiting for RCMP now over 120 days to finish my application as PR... so annoying it takes so long

than we are both the same. im in process since december 2012 too... i know from the VO that the only thing that delaying it is RCMP checks... they take their time its so annoying im so pissed off.... how long can they keep me away from my wife?? :( do you know why you still waiting?

Im "in process" since december 18... also had to pay RPRF after that but thats not what delaying it its fucking RCMP takes forever to even look at my fingerprints :/ its now over 120 days and still nothing

wow you may have to wait now about 4 months... or more i dont know im waiting now over 4 months im so dissapointed :(

So i actually went to my embassy today to check whats going on they said that they waiting for alot of people RCMP checks and she told me there that before november it used to take them (RCMP) much faster and since than they really take their time and she dont know when it will come...

thats what im taking about!! Im still waiting for RCMP!! and its been 4 months for me!! this is unreal!!! :((((

Hi everyone.. me and my wife really starting to feel hopeless by now.. I had my interview done at dec18 2012 and it went well i was asked to pay RPRF fee and to send them Ink based fingerprints for RCMP records.. after doing that than its been now a bit over 4 months with no news no update's...

what do you mean it took them 2 months to process it? who? it took the visa office 2 months? or the police to issue your clearance?

i hope so! its been almost 4 months for me! :(

Does anyone else going through the same thing? I think its the RCMP fault... it takes them forever to send the VO my backround check :/
