I was accepted in Bow Valley College for two years course which is Early Learning and Child Care Diploma and i think after completion of that you are qualified for Supervisor Cert.

you should have a statement Purpose why do you want to study in canada? i think the reason you were rejected is you didn't provide a strong Sop one more thing you should atleast show a strong tie to your home country or notarized letter of sponsorship from your parents. and my suggestion apply...

When did you Apply? and who is your sponsor? is it your Parents? what documents you submitted?

why it took you a year to get your Student permit?? well, atleast you got an approval. Congratulations :) :)

Im filipino and im staying here in Dubai i really hope that my medical is a good sign for them to approve my student permit
