thats true. For now they are just receiving as much applicants as possible. Nobody knows how they are going to prescreen applicants. They are receiving almost 100 per day from around the world.

This is a good break down hypothesis. It is the truth and it hurts. Good thing you only sacrifice your time and hope on this. However, there's some people who actually paid consultants and immigration lawyers for this slim of a chance.

Actually, if you think of it, you are right... and out of the hundreds of applicants,, there will already be more than 150 with excellent portfolio. Hence, there will even be more than 150 who already have employers themselves and a license on their profession.

For all the Filipinos, this could be a good chat ground for us to brainstorm and help each other build up our documents.
