Its simply beyond understanding that howcome most other VO/PA are moving at a steady speed however the applicants of RFI are literally stuck and even when there is an update its not a straight forward one.

Well this information is available on CIC website not CHC, London and it clearly states that processing times from "when we receive your application" meaning the submission of application and not the transfer date to the concered Visa Office. But again these times only depicts completion of 80%...
