You welcome mate. Just a minor change, he got MR on 23-March not Feb. The MR email was auto generated with LVO signatures/details at the bottom. Maybe like others he will get RPRF email directly from a VO, then we will get to know if he is still with RFI or someone different. I'm still waiting...

Dear Raza, amarsaed90 also got MR on 22-Feb-2016. Please update. He gets the PCC & RFPR Fee email either from VCM or RIH, I'll ask him to confirm here.

MR email came without any initials. Maybe he will get PCC & RFPR Fee email in couple of days which will have the initials of PA/VO. Will ask him to communicate accordingly.

I guess CIC want to get over with FSW cases so they can fully shift the focus to Express Entry. Thats why they distributed the cases that have been stuck for long. But yeah the real reason remains unknown and to be honest really doesn't matter for the applicants.

Dear Raza, MFarhan (already in the list) got MR on 18-Feb-2016. The other person is not in the list, but he was also Oct-2014 applicant and received MR on 15-Feb-2016.

Not true. Couple of RFI applicants got MRs. One on 15th and other one just a few hours ago. Not updated on forum but I get to know through WhatsApp group.

Wouldn't it be like that one has to start the whole process from scratch, including the payment of fees (as this one is not refunding for sure).
