India does not have any national id, the closest is adhar card. but passport is definitely not national id, its just a document to leave the indian ports

There was no mention about what date the letter was issued, so in that case present date is vauge. how will cic know how much experience should be accounted 2008 to which 'present date' . Although i think VO would have asked you to send experience letter with date mentioned.
