@ sweettooth18 i think you can still use the form, but im not sure, just contact the CNO by phone or email just to be sure.. In their assessment im not sure whats their qualifications or standards, but if you want to be an RN then apply for it, i dont think its based on the years of experience...

@ stay positive nope, you have to ask for another package for RN... kasi different din sila ng cost.. yah you can ask them..

@ lady01 we sent original pictures, receipts, cards etc... i had an interview, its all about your relationship with the sponsor, like how, when, where did you first met, about the wedding so on and so for..

@ bax RN hi!! ahmm for your first question i think it should be hospital paid experience, kasi on the process of the application they will need some docs i think from your employer, but if you dont have paid hospital experience its still okay to apply for an assessment... yung sa assessment...

@ rudolf im sorry but i disagree.. , mahirap po ang exam nh RPN.... and i dont think everybody pass...

@sharmei17 nag apply yung husband ko nung october 2010, then na receive ko yung para sa school mga january na, di ko lang kasi inasikaso agad.. then march pinadala ng school yung tor ko den by august 2011 eligible na ako to write... reviewers?? mga sample q&a lang ang meron ako wala akong mga...

@sharmei17 sana nga, mahirap ang exam, nakakaloka :o :o its not required na kunin mo ang physical assessment, medication administration, pharmacology etc.. pero kasi if titignan mo mga qualifications ng mga hosp yun ang hinahanap nila,

@ sharmei17 kaka take ko lang nang board for RPN last may 16... so waiting nalang sA result... yah medyo lahat nga gagastos ka... pero magagamit mo naman once na naka pasa diba?? ang pinaka mahal ata is yung certificate sa physical assessment, 1,200 cad ata yun hehe... next ko din ang iv...

@ sharmei17 from the time na send ng school ko ang needed docs, 4 months after nagkaroon ng result ang assessment ko.. ako din finding job pa rin ang beauty, my baby kasi ako so medyo kelangan mamili ng konti especially sa timeng work,, well mag train ulet ako ng first aid, para kahit papa ano...

@ blistex well in my opinion syempre RN ang magandang applyan.. pero may mga factors ka din kelangan i consider, especially sa financial mas expensive kasi ang pa assess ng RN kesa sa RPN, if kaya then go for RN... if oyur in a caregiver program, yah you can apply for assessment and even take...

@ sharmei17 ganyan din plan ko,RPN muna then RN tutal pwede naman dual licence... kasi wala pa money pang pa assess sa RN hehehe... yah marami naman pero dami pa kasi kelangan i take para i take consideration ang resume mo ( opinion ko lang ) and isa pa if my backer ka daw mas mabilis...

@ eager_ruby yap thats all you need to do... im not so familiar with CRNE, im taking up CPNRE... from what i know it depends upon the assessment, one of my friends after the assessment need to answer a case study then she need to pass her answer to CNO before the final assessment if she is...

@ eager_ruby yap that the B1/B2 form Verification of registration (PRC)... needed yan for the registration once you passed the CRNE/CPNRE... i think wala ng form, kasi ganyan din sa akin, PRC, school, english proficiency, employmeny form!!

@ roncruz yap kelangan ng cno yun... thats the B1/B2 form... if wala pa sa kit mo or sa nakalagay na needed docs then wait mo nalang na bigyan ka ng instruction...
