Yes, same happened to me. AOR is 19th December so my estimated completion is 19th June. It previously said 4 months, then changed to 18 weeks, a few days later it then changed to 17 weeks which is where i'm at now.

Yep, I did my Medical before I even got my ITA. Didn't mean my MEP was passed any faster though. Did my medical 14th Nov, ITA 15th Nov, AOR, 19th December, MEP 31st January.

Ahh ok. I thought it was CEC-Inland only that starts in IP2? Does the biometrics letter typically follow real IP2 or is there no set timeline? Not sure where I made the assumption from but I thought it usually came with MEP.
