I also have some national saving certificates that are matured now. They are under my name for past 3 years... should I transfer them also to my bank account as liquid cash.

My national savings are now matured. Govt. of Pakistan will give me cheque that would be transfer to my bank account but my bank statement is just 3 months old as I have just come back from uk . I was a student there for 2 years and now I am back received ITA... can't show statement for 6 months...
