IA lets hope soo File shows 99% completed and 4 days left

I highly doubt if they are issuing any visa at this time

The only Update i have received is from my GC key It shows 98% completed and 9 Days left

I believe around 2 weeks ago I have receive a letter called "Pre-arrival Invitation Letter" I am not sure what the letter actually means It had two link and one link had a booklet called "Welcome to Canada" Did anyone receive this?

Yes, it is valid for one year from the date it was issued

It was in end of November No it wasn't expired. For some reason when my file was transferred from Canada to London they did not find my PCC in the file so that's why they asked to submit it

Yes, they only asked me in re submit PCC in November and I emailed to them In Jan i did email London Immigration office to get an update but all they said my file is in Que to be reviewed by an officer.
