there is a thread on this forum for this .they got updated on ecas but no email for test ...One person said he will call near the oath date and will see if its system glitch or real updated by ircc... better you do same

so finally was it real oath invitation or just a glitch on the system ! did you contact IRCC

well i had same problem but also my husband did not want to print..ao we call call center cic and ask them to send..my husband being a Canadian said the amount we are paying they can atleast print and send us...and they did ..lol.. incase you continue to have problem you can ask them they do...
