I'm almost in the same boat but 5 months in Etobicoke with 2-4 months waiting period. I called few times to the Call Centre and they told me that my file is in the Etobicoke office and....keep calm :(

Hello!!! I got DM on Oct 2nd but I`m still waiting my mail from Etobicoke office :(. I saw in the timeline that some people already got their dates for interview with DM end of Oct. Is this normal? Can I call and ask about my case to this office? Thanks
