Dears Im using SABB Visa card, they told me i have to send a request to the bank that my visa will be used outside saudi arabia with an external network... Please let em know if any one have an experience with such a case?

No what i mean is that i have a similar case where i forget to send some document , so i'm asking if they will accept any document update so i will not request to get my file back as it's still on the way

the only mistake that i have include a translated english version of my birth certificate which has been transalted by ministry of health and population in my country(egypt). some of my friends did the same and they have been accepted. but i just reallised that even english version is wirtten...

did any one send document updated and they refused to attach it to the application . my noc is 2171 and i'm not sure whether to keep my file onthe way or to get it back and update it. my file is in canada now but they didn't deliver yet
