I Called them to ask the same and they said they will process all the applications (received after 6600) with same time frame(60 to 90 days). So I think our applications will not be any different than the ones already approved.

That should be okay. They are usually pretty quick in receiving documents. I submitted documents to them about 2 hours ago and they already replied to me confirming that they received and my online status got changed to Decision in progress. It shouldn't be any issues in your case. Good luck.
