Will I get 2 years of points in EE profile if i worked 40 hours for 20 months ?

I worked 8 months for a company then 11 months(current). I worked in 2 different NOC codes but both eligible. However, I got only 1 year worth of experience points. Waiting till the end of this month to see if i get 2 years because of 20 months with 40 hours a week.

I talked with my accountant, but she is saying I am self employed as my employer did not deduct any CPP or EI contribution and did not provide me with a T4. I just have 7 weeks left on my Work Permit, and at 440 Points. This is indeed turning into a nightmare.
