    In terms of points, Masters > 2 bachelors > 1 Bachelor. If your Masters and Bachelors are in the same field, then you get evaluated for Masters alone.

    Thanks for clarity, we applied under IRCC on Friday, visited the Police station on Saturday. Wife's certificate was received on Sunday morning, still waiting for mine.

    I think the PCC should be valid on the date of submission of the Post ITA documents. So it doesn't matter if it expires later
