WES sends "mail" not email. They would have sent it through Canada Post and eventually it would get delivered through the postal service. A response to this mail would be done by email.

One set of documents got delivered to WES on Thursday that went by and another set is expected to be delivered today. How many days does it take for WES to update the status on "We have received your documents"?

After it lands in Canada, you need to track the courier on Canada Post website using the same tracking number. My documents are currently with Border Security and I am hoping that they get released soon.

Both my degree's are from the same University (while the colleges are different). Since, they are not deemed Universities, I need to go to the University and get the transcripts and marksheets attested. I shall be using a postal service just outside the University with sender name being University.
