I have one question. Do I need to attest my certificates and transcripts from the issuing institution (like that in WES) to submit to CIC or is it sufficient to just notarised them through Notary Pulbic ?

I had my ECA done last year at the end of October 2013 (dont remember the exact date). But, I couldnot apply last year as the cap was reached before I could prepare my docs. I remember they sent me the docs via UPS and took only 4 days to reach me. I am from Nepal.

Thanks for the information. I asked them to send documents on my behalf to canada but they said they dont do that. Afterall, I have to wait about a month for it. Hope the NOC 2131 doesnt fill this time soon. :(
