Dear Warsapp Firstly I didn't make a judgement. Secondly, I wud be really happy if u r right as I'm a 3rd Dec applicant .. ;D ;D ;D ;D Thirdly, there has been a case where the applicants fee has been refunded after charge .. I guess that might have happened due to the re-review .. wat say ?
