I just got my SA this week (we included PCC/Sched A in original app) but haven't had any medical request yet. So i think it's not that uncommon to have medical requested after SA. I'm just not sure if the file gets transferred to PA's VO before or after medical??

I only put a cover sheet at the very front listing the Sponsor and PA name and DOB and stating SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP FOR PR I didn't put cover sheets on each section, but I did put everything in exact checklist order, attached with paper clips and put post it notes on the front of each section...

Ohhh sorry I misunderstood, thought you were going to be in Canada when your IEC expires. If you're not coming back till March, apply outland ASAP and you should be good to go as long as your application is straight forward.
