Hi, When I press Validate on the form the word NO appears in the top right box. Is this ok? It says Office use only...and nothing is marked in red on my form- is the form complete and that's how I should link it to the account?

Hello, For the past 3 days I've been trying to link my application to the online account. I have recieved the UCI and Application numbers on Friday, and I am sure I've been entering my date of birth, place of birth ;) etc correctly (3 days in a row=total of 15 times already!) but at the end...

OK- our documents were delivered (fedex info) to Canada on the 7th of march and yesterday - on the 17th of march we recieved and email that they recieved our documents and gave us the UCI via email.

Hello, How do you know that your documents have been received- is it by the Post Office or did you get an email? We received an email with the following: Unique Client Identifier (UCI): xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Application Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the explanation on what to do next
