how long does it take to hear back after your submit your application to CIC? i've been going on through the forum...some ppl heard back from them after two months...some in 6 weeks... plz share the times here...experts..need your answer plz. thanks in advance

As you all know...the CAP was reached for two categories... as for NOC 2147, and according to CIC website...which was updated on 23-8-2013...they received 116 complete application... my application was delivered on the 13th of August, 2013... what are my chances? thank you in advance...
