surely not for FSW 2014 where maximum time they take up to 2 years, though i expect in couple of months max. ... :)

not required for two weeks, as min stay to get pcc or even to claim pcc is 6 months in that country

If your hospital has this online option of sending your medical records directly to the immigration you do not need to worry. For other docs like RPRF and PCC you can send the email copy or via courier as visa office may ask for the original pcc. Hope it helps
