What do you mean if you can change your province? Are you attending school in SASK?

I think once you have you student visa you will be fine.

I am not sure what is happening, it seems like more February applicant is getting IP than January applicants.

1. I think you should include "Jack" on the form. 2. Its ok to remove the dependant from the form if you have none. 3. If you have never served in the millitary then its ok to put "none" or "Not Applicable". 4. Its ok to sign the signature by hand.

@ bhim --- I was as optimistic as you are when my status turned to IP 8 weeks ago. To date nothing.... I hope the wait is almost over....

You can never figure out CIC method of processing. I guess there are many different factors that influence how an application is processed. I am a Jan applicant and I've had IP for 7 weeks.

I totally agree. Its all about waiting and guessing. I was following the timeline of a friend that got his recently but it wasnt making sense so I just stopped. I really hope that yours will get updated soon.
