Hi I have the same situation, my wife is in Singapore. I am expecting PPR soon.. I am also thinking on how to arrange for sending passport? I think we can ask VFS singapore if it takes passport on behalf of NVDO.

Don't Worry, NVDO will shower PPR in next week.

I hope next week, we will have PPR rainfall. May be NVDO is enjoying post holiday honeymoon...
