I think you should give them till the end of the day. In my case, I sent my NOI without my EE profile number and they sent me the automated reply immediately. I sent my EE profile number with my NOI again and this time I didn’t get an auto reply instead I got the email with the document...

No I didn’t include a tick mark in my document checklist. I just submitted it like that because I imagine that they’ll rather tick it themselves to ensure completeness. They’ve received my documents and have given me my file number. Good luck with yours
