Guys, If I'm currently residing in Canada and got ITA. Can I go to my home country to get a police certificate and then go back to canada.. I have heared about rejection of PCC due to issue before departure from country?? Is that related to my case?

My employer was a public university... they issued my letter of exp. Signed but with no names Like Department head sign. (His signature) Dean of the university. (Signature) No names are provided... but deans office contact details are provided.. Is that OK?

I already studied for 2 degrees in Canada and mentioned that in the damn application! It clearly damn means that I have a damn study damn permit!!!
