Thanks Yogesh. Do they send PPR through email or post? The time period for PPR is very short (30 days). Should I make a case specific email to New Delhi that I would like to submit PPR in Canada, and not India? Or is that not needed?

For selecting a visa office for PR, the guidelines say: 'find your country of nationality or country/territory where you have been legally admitted for one year'. I have been working in Canada only since 6 months - so I selected New Delhi (not Ottawa) since I had not finished one year in Canada...
