At first they told me that the application could still be sitting in the mail room waiting to be opened. Then I told her that my friend got an email response within 30 days! So she went and looked to see if she can give me any updates... and the only file created was when they opened my file on...

I just called CIC to get updates... they just told me that they have opened the document I sent to them... and a temporary file has been created... but they haven't actually started inputting it into the system for processing.. I guess we still have to wait for a while
