there is no specific order that they check your application (security, criminal, eligibility, medical). Even though I have seen most cases started with the medical as it is the easiest i guess.

it really depends on the officer. its hard to say case by case

I got requested for schedule A and travel history. I have see people getting PPR after they submitted their Additional document. Though, i submitted mine on March 22 and my BG has been NA since then. Wish you good luck !
