I am from concordia. i had the same problem with the documents. You can speak directly to transcripts department and they agree to stamp each page as "Certified true copy" instead of a seal we obtain from birks centre. hope this helps.

Yes i sent my official transcript thinking they are better the certified true copy but in the email they are still asking me for a certified true copy. :-\ My university hands out only official transcripts.
