my medical finally has passed today! Aor NOV-30 and BG changed to not started ! hope hear updates soon. It is strange that I didnt get any notification emails tho.. I guess I have to check mycic more often

I got a ghost email on Saturday... hope they are still processing our application in dec. Can you share where u located and which visa office process ur app?

Not needed at this time means we have not yet received an application for permanent residence. You need an invitation to apply before you can submit an application for permanent residence. Not started means that we have not begun the review of background information.
