Yes i can sell it anytime although my concern is i will be questioned of the source of the money. My savings account is different from my investment but with the same bank.

Yes. As long as you explained to them clearly and truthfully, i dont think there will be problem. Just be sure to start explaining from the start of what have had happened to your application.

If you completed at least two years post secondary education then you only need to submit that. Go send it! :)
