Well someone on the forum only reported that his CC got charged on the 27th of July and his application had reaced CIO on the 5th of July. And u will surely make it within the cap if all your documents are in order as per CIO wants them to be. So u shud not worry about the 500 Cap. Best of Luck

Very Dis-heartning to see the jump from 52 to 187. And that to they are still processing files received on the 5th of july. Im not going to make it within the cap. Worked so much on my file.... :(

Guys whose application were received by CIO on the 5th of July are getting their CC charged on the 27 th of july. That means they were not in the list of 52 complete applications received list updated by CIO last week. So 52 applications received before july 5th. At this rate i think the persons...

I dont know whether to be sad or happy to see that only 52 applications received under noc 1122. As many people whose applications were received by CIO on 6th july nd onwards are not in that list of 52. I say that bcoz there CC has been charged yet. So i guess therez a huge pile of noc 1122...

Dont want to scare anyone guys but i have also heard that CC payment is way too risky as applications have been returned by CIC in the past when they were unable to carry out the online transaction due to some link error. And most consultants strongly discourage use of CC method as payment

I also think that a consultant from india sending 100 noc 1122 application on 30th june is false as all counsultants were waiting for the cic website to be updated till 4 th july as it was not clearly stated what the new rules will be and the cic itself had said to check the website on 1 st july...

You need to provide a reference letter from ur immediate superior.. at the end of the letter provide his/her personal telephone number and e-mail with his/her signature better if u provide the visiting card of the person who signs ur reference letter

If u want to know the truth then i think it is going to be TOO LATE...!!!! I think who have applied within the First week i.e 1-7 july are in safe zone, the ones who have applied in the second week i.e 8-14 have a 50-50 chance and people who have applied after that are in high risk zone....!!!!

As far as my knowledge goes, The reference letter is the most important document. So better include that in ur application. And despatch ur file to cio ASAP bcoz remember --- JUST 500 SPOTS all around the globe
