Hello Sarkhan, One additional document which VO definitely requires is Passport copies (bio page only) for you and family. These copies are sent to your regional Embassy for issuance of Visa. If they have requested these copies then consider this as PPR1. Regards

Well Sir, Sorry for the delay in replying, just to clarify, my medical request came in March 2014 and the PHEP was requested a week ago. PHEP stands for Passport, Height, eyes and Pictures where as the email by LVO has not requested for the photographs. Regards
