In my home country, companies don't usually provide employees with pay stubs or income tax certificates. Would it suffice that my recommender mentions the numbers (salary, working hours) in the recommendation letter?

I got my master in the US too, and didnt do ECA for my bachelor in my home country. My lawyer told me I will be fine....a little worried though.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, that's what I figure. After all, I am not working for a university of a vocational school...I chose 0421 when filling out the EE form, so guess I have to make some explanation in the letter of explanation section anyway.

The problem for me is that I know I only need to get my highest degree evaluated (a master's in the US) to get the "human capital points". But for the points in the the "skill transferability factor", it says "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials...

I have sort of a similar problem...My FBI search completed date is April 20, 2017 (I submitted my application to FBI in late February). But I traveled to the US for business during April 11 and April 20. So the two dates overlap...worried if I need a new one.

I am kind of worried about the NOC thing. My job isn't one of those that can find accurate match in NOC list. Would this be a problem? I heard that they are pretty flexible in Express Entry (unlike in provincial nomination programs, where they tend to be very particular about the job category)...
