My application should be recevied by CIC tommorow or the day after because today is Canada Day. I applied under NOC 2147. Do you thnik I'm late? What should I expect? Will the cap be filled untill they open my application?

I'm pretty confused right now. Shoud I write the bank savings in assets or Assets 0 Liability 0 Settlement funds 17500 CAD

A question? After you receive PER and you're being transferred to VO , do you need to resend your complete documents again to VO or CIC does that now? Because few years ago a friend applied and we he got PER he resend the complete package again to VO.
