    If I were you, I would get the fresh pcc and send it to them anyhow with a cover letter moreso because you also had a change in your passport. With the passport seva Kendra's , one can get the police certificate the same. It's good to be on the safer side than being presumptive...all the best buddy

    Hey Abhi, you were right! PSKs can issue the Police Clearance the same day. I was wrong or rather I did not know and assumed that only CBI Can give PCCs. Lost 25 days cos of that.Cheers bro!

    We started processing for me appeared on Dec 19 with a date of Dec 12 2011 on Ecas . I recieved my MRs on the 18th Jan. The MR letter was dated 5th Jan. So approximately 30 - 45 days for me. Hope this helps
