You will get your app back with letter stating the reason for rejection.. In case of rejection after charging i believe you will get NER mail ( but not sure senior can confirm it ) Dont worry..good luck

Buddy even i am same position.. We cant do anything but wait Let us wait for another 2 week to notice any progress in charging for 2171 In my view unless we get the app back stating that we aren't in cap its not sure For now let us wait.. have faith and pray

NOC 2171 got capped to 1000.. i am September 11th applicant not sure what happened with cic for prompting them to update the cap to 1000 suddenly... However i cant leave without saying thanks to my brothers conal and diplomatru.. Hope i get through in EE entry and meet u guys.. good luck...
